Selling your house
Whether your property is already on the market or you’re just starting the moving process, our Home Moving Team will help with moving house by conducting a market appraisal and will work with your local estate agent to make sure you’re advertising at the right price.
They’ll research the area, look at recent sold prices and put forward recommendations of how best to sell your home. Take advantage of their expert knowledge and, if you’re house is struggling to sell, you could always speak with our Sell Simply advisors who may be able to offer you a quick sale price right away.

Finding the perfect property
A key part of our Move Simply service is the relationship between you and your dedicated team member, your Senior Property Consultant. They’ll work closely with you to understand your moving goals and discuss what your dream home looks like.
Once they know your moving goals and have a clear picture of what you’re hoping for, they’ll conduct daily searches and begin sending you tailored recommendations. This relieves the stress of searching for properties online and means you won’t miss any new listings!
Your Senior Property Consultant will encourage you to browse and send through potential properties to us too. They’ll handle as much, or as little, of the search as you like and will send you detailed particulars for potential properties throughout the search.
