An attentive and enthusiastic individual who is interested in creating strong relationships with customers.
We are looking for an experienced Customer Account Manager to join our dynamic, enthusiastic and passionate team. In this role you will be responsible for building relationships and supporting customers through their own and unique buying and selling property journey. You will be working with the customers who are committed to Homewise and wishing to secure their dream home.
As part of a strong team, the Customer Account Manager will provide property searches, help to guide customer through the conveyancing process and work with them through to the exchange and moving in day whilst making the customers’ retirement goals come true.
We're looking for someone who is approachable, good with their own time management and has strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Key skill set:
- Focused, logical and calm under pressure
- Excellent organization, prioritisation and planning skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Forward thinking with a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving
Experience and qualifications required:
- Previous customer service experience is essential
- Experience of negotiation and influencing
- Telephone and video-based sales experience
- Experience of working in a sales or account management environment
